Monday 14th April -Sorry I can not be there today guys - I know we have a lot to complete before the end of term, so I am sure you will use today's time wisely. I am back tomorrow, so if you need anything printed for your posters, you will need to do it from the PC at the front of the class and get a print monitor to collect it for you. If you require colour printing, you will have to wait until I am back tomorrow. I will be able to email at times during the day, so if you are unsure of something, keep in touch. Mrs C
Roll/Notices Otago Problem Solving – This is an exam and needs to be sat under very tight conditions
Separate seats
No talking once papers have started to be handed out
May use calculators but will not necessarily be helpful.
30mins to complete the 5 questions – no one is to leave the room in this time.
The students then have a range of tasks that are due in on Wednesday – I am sure they will appreciate some time to be working on them. Tasks the students are working on and need completing:
- Light Poster – see wiki if you need to know details on contents http://room1mis2014.wikispaces.com/Science .
The A3 paper is in the cupboard under the bench
- A letter for Mrs Hitchcock – they know about the requirements for this
- Their sites – including a term reflection (details found on reflection page of the wiki)
- ICAS practice papers - available on the homework page.
